How To Get Listed In Google - Simple & Easy:

1) Get A Site Already Listed On Google To Link To Your Site. This is absolutely the best method to show up on Google. Google's spiders (programs that browse the web, analyze web content, and keep track of what content can be found on what sites, determining what search results will appear for keywords). are constantly revisiting sites in it's index. Once it visits a site with a link to your site, it will follow the link, analyze your content, and add you to it's index.

2) Write An Article About Something Related to Your Site. This is the second best method to get listed in Google. The internet is all about content. If you write an article, 500-700 words long, with UNIQUE content about something related to your website and submit it to some of the various article directories online, they will post it, along with a link to your site. Then other article directories will pick it up and post it as well. Many of those article directories are Google listed and once Google visits an article directory with a link to your site, it will follow the link, analyze your content, and add you to it's index.

3) Go Directly To Google And Add Your Page. This is the third best method to get listed on Google, but it is definitely the least preferred.. Although it seems like this would be the best approach, it is not. Google would prefer to find your site on it's own. And there is no guarantee that they will add you if you go to them directly. Although it's more work, you are better off using Methods 1 or 2. Your chances of being added are much better and in the long run, it will be easier to get higher search rankings if you don't use Method 3.
